How long will the process take? 

We aim to have everything completed within 30-90 days, depending on the Due Diligence requirements. However, if we can close earlier, we absolutely will, so you can get paid faster.

What will you do with my property once you buy it? 

Each property is unique and part of our process is to evaluate the best use case for it. We work with Builders, Developers, Farmers and sometimes the County themselves to determine the best fit.

How do I get paid for my property? 

At the time of closing, the Title Company will pay you the full amount directly. Generally, in the form of Wire Transfer or Certified Check.
